Extra Brut Sparkling Wine
✦ New release
An authentic, uncompromising expression of the land
Born from the union of two historic native grapes, Verdiso and Bianchetta, IRA is made with the Charmat method to keep the original fragrance of the fruit intact.
It shows itself in its purest, most vertical form: an Extra Brut with just 4 g/l of residual sugar, offering a straight, vibrant sip of great character, deeply rooted in local winegrowing tradition.
Tasting notes
Eye
Pale straw yellow with bright, greenish glints; fine, persistent perlage.
Nose
Fresh, citrusy and mineral: pronounced green apple, with delicate hints of herbs and fig leaf.
Palate
Decidedly dry, savoury and fresh; Verdiso's acidity and Bianchetta's structure close on a clean, citrusy, lingering finish.
