The Winery

A story of quality and passion

Zinto is the nickname given to the Da Lozzo family in times gone by. It became the name of a promise: to make wine only from the grapes of our own Collalbrigo vineyards, with no shortcuts.

Generation after generation, the winery has never stopped producing. Today Enrico Da Lozzo keeps the time-honoured method alive: strictly manual harvests, in small crates, so that every bunch of Glera reaches the press intact.

Romeo Da Lozzo, with singular passion, could recognise in each vineyard the grape suited to a particular bottling. That sensibility, listening to the vineyard before deciding the wine, remains the heart of our work.

What we believe in

Hand harvesting

Every bunch is picked by hand into small crates, so only perfect, intact grapes reach the cellar.

Indigenous yeasts

Our bottle-refermented wines ferment with yeasts from our own vineyards: the land, inside the wine.

Four hillsides, different exposures, different wines. We don't standardise: we listen.
