This notice describes how the personal data of users visiting zintowine.com is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

2. Types of data processed
This website is an informational showcase: it has no registration, accounts or online sales. The data processed is limited to:
- ·Contact details provided voluntarily: the form on the Contact page does not send data to the website but opens the user's email client; name, email and message content are processed only when the user chooses to send the email to info@zintowine.it. The same applies to those who contact us directly by phone or email, for instance to book a tasting.
- ·Browsing data: the IT systems hosting the website collect, as part of their normal operation, certain technical data (IP addresses, access times, requested pages, response codes). This information is necessary for the operation and security of the website and is kept for the time strictly required.

3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- ·Replying to information requests and managing tasting bookings. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Processing methods and retention
Processing is carried out by electronic means, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security (art. 32 GDPR). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Contact data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any ensuing relationship. Browsing data is kept for the technical period set by the hosting provider. The consent given through the cookie banner is stored locally in the user's browser for up to 6 months.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by the website's hosting provider, acting as data processor under art. 28 GDPR, and by Google Ireland Limited for the Google Maps service, activated only upon consent. Data is not disseminated nor sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers to third countries
The use of services provided by Google group companies may involve the transfer of data to the United States. Such transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, standard contractual clauses (art. 46 GDPR).
7. Rights of the data subject
Under arts. 15-22 GDPR, data subjects have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to its processing, and withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. Complaints to the supervisory authority
Data subjects who believe the processing infringes the applicable law have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), under art. 77 GDPR, or to seek judicial remedies.
9. Minors
The contents of this website concern alcoholic beverages and are intended for adults. The website does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

The Controller reserves the right to update this notice at any time. Changes will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
