Bottle-refermented sparkling white wine
Twelve months on indigenous yeasts
Brilia ferments in steel for about seven months, then is hand-bottled in early spring to referment with its own indigenous yeasts for at least 12 months.
A lively, honest wine: a dry sip recalling unripe apple, with an acidity that makes it unmistakable.
Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Herbaceous notes of freshly cut grass and green fruit.

Dry and lively, hints of unripe apple, distinctive acidity.
