From the Guizza vineyards, on clay-limestone soils with rocky substrate, El Perer is a bottle-refermented wine of noble character and intense structure.
Its bouquet is complex and velvety: ripe yellow apple, plum, candied apricot, wildflowers, subtle spice and fresh bread crust.
