Still white wine
The still white of our steepest slopes
From the south-west slopes, where poor, rocky, steeply pitched soils yield grapes of great concentration, comes Piai: a still white with a vinous character and remarkable structure.
Hand-picked in small crates, softly pressed and fermented at controlled temperature in steel.
